Code4Values LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an AI-powered learning platform for math diagnostics, practice, and personalized recommendations.
We are committed to protecting user privacy—especially for students—and to providing transparent control over personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains:
what data we collect
how we use it
how users and parents can control it
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When users create an account, we may collect:
Name (optional)
Email address

Answers to diagnostic and practice problems
Response time and interaction patterns
Skill performance and progress
Selected or inferred mistake reasons (e.g., concept gap, misread problem)
2.3 Diagnostic Tests Taken Before Registration
Taking a diagnostic test requires an account. Earlier, some diagnostic tests could be taken without one. For a test taken that way:
Its answers and results are kept with the test, and a short-lived access key for it may be stored in your browser (session storage or local storage)
It is not linked to a persistent identity unless you sign in and choose to add it to your account
FurtherStride uses cookies and similar client-side storage (includinglocalStorage and sessionStorage) for two purposes:strictly necessary (signing you in, remembering your language, and keeping a diagnostic test you have started resumable) and, with your explicit consent, analytics (helping us understand which features are used). You can update your cookie preferences at any time.
2.4 Device and Usage Data

IP address
Browser and device type
